| Skill Details: | This class is to teach basic sewing and quilting such as cutting correctly, measuring and marking, 1/4" seam allowance, pressing, how to add borders and binding. Erin Petry will be your instructor with Larry and Kelly available to lend a hand. |
| Requirements: | You will need to bring your sewing machine, thread, scissors, ruler, rotary cutter, seam ripper and a cutting mat and any other sewing essentials you like to use. If you need to purchase anything you may do so when you attend the class. There will be 2 stations set up for individuals unable to bring their own machine, they will be on a reserve basis by contacting Kelly at (304) 674-5045 prior to class day. |
